Update - back online


Still busy and behind, but here's the post for the offline update I made 6 days ago...

Nicholas moved an extra inch in Phase 3, so I've added that straight movement.

First, I forgot to mention that Nicholas fired both guns at Jeff, missing with each.

Turn 5 Phase 2
Jarnot makes no reply, moving straight. He sideswipes the wall and takes some damage to his right side and conforms to the wall.
Nicholas makes a D1 right bend, hitting the dirt.
Rob makes a D1 left bend, losing control.
Laith skids into the wall, taking damage from the sideswipe and conforming to the wall. He slows to 30 and takes tire damage.

I need Jarnot's instructions for his 2nd inch.

Combat Update


Sorry for the delay guys... As someone pointed out, usually I send a "too busy for an update" update, but have not felt like myself recently. Turns out I have sleep apnea so I intend to get back to my old self very soon.

Meanwhile, I was able to make a Sunday afternoon update...

Jarnot got 3" in phase 1, not 2, so he moves straight an additional inch.

Turn 5 Phase 1 Combat
Jarnot fires at Rob, hitting his back. Damage takes metal armor away and damages the plastic underneath. An obstacle is dropped.
Tovan fires at Jeff, missing.

Turn 5 Phase 2
I need speed from Jeff, then movement from:
Jarnot & Nicholas

Also, the old MADHAT site is on a server with a bad power supply. As soon as it's replaced, the site will be back up. Does everyone want to move back there or stay here, or does it really matter?

Head-On Ram


Jeff calls for a head-on collision. His BT fires off 9 Mini Rockets. The first hits but the damage is all stopped by metal. The second hits, blowing a point of metal off and doing some damage to the plastic beneath. The third, fourth & fifth hit, but the metal stops it all. The sixth hits, doing some damage to the plastic. The seventh misses. The eighth & ninth hit, but again the damage is all stopped by the metal. An obstacle is dropped.
They each take damage to the front, both losing metal and dropping obstacles.
They each lose control and, though there's no more movement, have the minus to hit associated.
They are now at zero.
Jarnot moves straight.

Turn 5 Phase 1 continued...

Richard makes a partial D3 right bend, remaining in contact with Laith.
Tovan makes a D3 left bend, hitting Jeff. The angle is exactly 45 degrees, so I need Jeff to decide if he wants it to be a head-on with his front, or a T-Bone with his right side.

Blogger is having a problem with images again tonight so look for it with the email...

Laith fishtails 15 degrees CW, then skids 3/4". He slows to 40.
Rob moves straight.
Jeff makes a "less than" D5 right bend.

Turn 4 Phase 5 Combat

Richard triggers his front mounted VFRP, aiming at Laith. He hits with 5 out of 6 shots and causes debris to be dropped. Laith loses control from the weapons fire.

Rob fires his turreted VMG at Tovan, but misses.

End of Turn - Jeff fails to catch fire. Burn mods are now gone.
